Deal Haven provides software to organise business acquisition workflows, deal documents, financial analysis and collaboration. Website visitors should read the website and permitted-use provisions; the account, workspace and subscription provisions apply when you use those services.
Using the website
The website describes Deal Haven and helps you explore plans and access the app. Viewing a marketing page does not create a subscription. Before purchasing, review the selected plan, recurring amount, billing period and any trial details shown in the application and checkout.
Our website content, branding and software belong to us or our licensors. You may view the website and keep copies for your own evaluation of Deal Haven. Respect intellectual-property rights and do not reproduce or distribute protected material without permission or another lawful basis.
We may update or temporarily interrupt the website for maintenance, security or other operational reasons. We do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors. Links to external websites and services are subject to their own terms and privacy information.
Your account and workspace
Keep your account details accurate and protect your sign-in credentials. You are responsible for the access you grant to your workspace. Contact us if you suspect unauthorised access.
A personal subscription covers your personal workspace. An organisation subscription covers that organisation workspace and its purchased seats. If you act for an organisation, you must have authority to do so. Organisation administrators manage members, invitations and billing.
Subscriptions and cancellation
The selected plan, recurring price, billing period, trial end and first charge date are shown before purchase. Our billing and cancellation policy explains trials, seats, changes, renewals, cancellation and refunds. Read it alongside these terms.
Base prices are fixed in GBP and include applicable indirect tax. Stripe Managed Payments may offer payment in another currency; review the final total before confirming. The payment terms and merchant information shown by Stripe apply to the payment transaction. Keep a copy of the order and subscription confirmations.
Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Eligible first subscriptions can receive a trial; payment details are required. Cancellation stops renewal and is separate from a request to delete data. The billing policy explains the effective date and applicable refund arrangements.
Your documents and permitted use
You retain ownership of the material you upload. You must have the right to upload it and authorise its processing and sharing. We process that material to provide, secure and support the requested service, including the integrations and AI features you choose to use.
Do not use the website or app unlawfully, infringe another person’s rights, distribute malicious code, bypass permissions or usage limits, interfere with the service, or attempt to access another workspace without permission. Share confidential material only with authorised recipients.
Analysis and AI assistance
Deal Haven does not provide legal, tax or regulated financial advice. It does not make acquisition decisions for you or guarantee a transaction outcome. Website examples are illustrative; calculations and AI-generated material can contain errors or omit important information.

Access, limits and retained data
Features and allowances depend on the workspace’s verified subscription. A reduction in allowance does not delete work or reset consumption. Where supported, you can clean up existing work before adding further usage.
Cancellation, refunds and access expiry do not delete workspace data. Deletion is a separate request. The shared Privacy Policy explains the information processed across the website and app and how to exercise applicable rights.
Problems and your rights
If the service fails or a charge appears wrong, contact team@dealhaven.app. Our initial-response target for product and billing support is five business days. Explain the workspace and issue, but do not send payment credentials or passwords.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Mandatory consumer rights and the applicable Managed Payments refund rules take precedence over conflicting billing wording.
Changes to these terms
The date above identifies this version of the shared website and application terms. We may update these terms to reflect changes to the service or applicable requirements. Where required, we will notify affected customers of material changes. Publishing a change does not remove rights you already have under applicable law.
